Property renovations and underpinning will cause significant root disturbance to this tree and given its juxtaposition to the dwelling, long term retention is not a viable option. T3 - Holly - Fell to ground level and treat stump to prevent re-growth. Self seeded tree and situated too close to the dwelling to enable long term retention.
