T1 . Cut-leaf beech - Selectively reduce the radial spread of the crown by up to 1.5 meters in order to achieve a more compact and uniform crown profile form with slightly less canopy spread particularly towards the two properties. Lower growth is to be removed to raise the crown to around 4.5 meters over the ground. This work is to maintain this tree in an attractive condition without it becoming overbearing on the properties.

    G1 Pines x 8 Fell to retain pecking post @ 1 metres from ground level 2 of the group are smaller suppressed trees, several trees lean towards the neighbouring property which is within 5 m from G2. 3 trees lean heavily over the neighbouring property, one of them being twin stemmed which heavily hangs directly over the adjacent property. G2 used to have a thick protection of dense overgrown shrubs and smaller trees to the west of G2 softening the mechanical wind loading to the pines of G2, since this protective barrier of trees and shrubs has been removed G2 will be exposed to new wind dynamics. The prevailing wind comes from the south west which blows off the field directly into the garden and directly at G2. The garden is a big open space providing no barrier from the prevailing wind. Considering the extremely close proximity of the adjacent property (within 5 m), the lean direction of the the trees over the property, the size of the trees and the new wind dynamics client is requesting trees be felled.

Tree 1 = Weeping Birch Tree Tree 2 = Maple Tree Weeping Birch (Tree 1) This has become too large for the site, the roots are lifting the paving around it, making it a trip hazard.
