Proposal
Mountain Ash Mountain Ash - this tree is now encroaching on my house. It has been pollarded twice but this just makes it grow even more vigorously. It has completely outgrown my very small front garden. In fact the tree is now taller than my house and the roots are just touching the front wall of my house. It has grown far too big for such a small garden and needs to be felled. In the summer the tree also cuts out a lot of light in my and my neighbours garden. I have consulted David Cottrell of Tom Cottrell Landscapes and he agrees that the tree has completely outgrown my garden and needs to be felled. Remarks:

About trees applications
How this application type works
Tree applications cover work to protected trees: those under a tree preservation order need consent for pruning or felling, and trees in a conservation area need six weeks written notice before work starts. The council assesses the amenity value of the tree and can refuse consent, approve it with conditions, or in conservation areas make a preservation order in response.
