T1 Box Elder x 1 T2,T3,T4 Maple Tree x 3 T5 Pear Tree x 1 T1 Box Elder- Remove tree due to low amenity value and growing very close to the boundary wall and too large for a small garden. T2 and T3 Maple Tree- Remove both trees and replace with columnar ornamental species because they are too large for small garden and reduce light for adjacent properties. T4 Maple tree- Remove tree due to rooth growth beginning to damnage hard surface around the tree. T5 Pear Tree- Remove tree due to tree being in poor condition and pressed hard against boundary wall and risk of damaging wall. Remarks:

Single Standard Maple Tree. Fell and replace with half-standard maple tree. Age and Height: The tree was planted to replace a Willow in 2011. Now 15 years on, at 10M+ high, it's taller than the house. Position: The tree was planted just 90cm from our boundary wall and 3.5M from the house. We estimate the lateral spread of the roots now to be somewhere between 7.5-15Metres. Potential Damage: Two years ago, we needed to call Thames Water as we had a problem with our water supply. We believe this may have been damaged by tree roots and that we may see further problems to foundations, sewage and water supplies in future.

T1 - Copper Beech - Reduce branches by approximately 2 metres focusing mainly on lateral branches rather than the top. Lift canopy to provide statutory clearance over the road and clear from service cables. T2 - Tulip Tree - Reduce by approximately 3 metres to restore balance within the crown due to previous limb failure leaving the tree unbalanced. T3 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a natural flowing crown outline and remove major deadwood. T4 - To fell and remove 1 x Yew tree and install eco plugs to prevent re-growth.

T1 Copper Beech. Low canopy over road and footpath. To raise canopy to statutory clearances, (5.2m over road, 2.5m over footpath). To remove deadwood greater than 60mm over road and footpath, for safety purposes, minimising any chance for larger falling deadwood in windy conditions.

Ash (T2 of TPO 09/2019) - Reduce back crown over single storey block D4 by a maximum of 4m at its widest point (work mainly relates to over extended limbs over roof). Reduce back low branches over the roof to create 3m clearance. Cutback branches from front of the adjacent building (D6) to create 2-3m clearance. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form.
