Sycamore 124 (375 on CTS Survey) - Tree has numerous large cavities within the trunk and crown. Climbing inspection indicates structurally significant decay associated with cavities.Tree is located at the entrance to the main car park and overhangs both the access road and car parking area. Fell to ground level. Sycamore 127 - (371 on CTS Survey) number of large cavities on main stem at approximately 7 metres from ground level. Climbing inspection indicates structurally significant decay associated with cavities. Approximately 10 degree lean over the road towards adjacent building. Fell to ground level. Sycamore 169 - (398 on CTS Survey) Marked as T6 on TPO plan (TPO No. 9 1999). Twin stemmed specimen with potentially weak union where main stem bifurcates at approximately 1.5 metres from ground level. Water exudation/slime flux at bifurcation also fruit bodies of the decay pathogen Ustulina deusta/Kretzchmaria deusta present around base and buttresses. Rusty exudations further up crown on primary stem at approximately 6 metres from ground level. Possible bacterial wet wood or indication of internal demage/decay. Close to adjacent building and high pedestrian usage in garden area surrounding tree. This is a recreational area for people suffering with Alzheimer's. Fell to ground level.

T1 - Copper Beech - Reduce branches by approximately 2 metres focusing mainly on lateral branches rather than the top. Lift canopy to provide statutory clearance over the road and clear from service cables. T2 - Tulip Tree - Reduce by approximately 3 metres to restore balance within the crown due to previous limb failure leaving the tree unbalanced. T3 - Horse Chestnut - Reduce by approximately 3 to 4 metres, leaving a natural flowing crown outline and remove major deadwood. T4 - To fell and remove 1 x Yew tree and install eco plugs to prevent re-growth.

Ash (T2 of TPO 09/2019) - Reduce back crown over single storey block D4 by a maximum of 4m at its widest point (work mainly relates to over extended limbs over roof). Reduce back low branches over the roof to create 3m clearance. Cutback branches from front of the adjacent building (D6) to create 2-3m clearance. To help balance the crown, reduce remaining crown by approx. 2m. To avoid altering the balance of the tree as a whole, the crown of the tree should be reduced in proportion to its original shape. All pruning cuts must be made at branch junctions, leaving sufficient live growth to maintain or enhance crown form.
