Proposal

Sycamore 124 (375 on CTS Survey) - Tree has numerous large cavities within the trunk and crown. Climbing inspection indicates structurally significant decay associated with cavities.Tree is located at the entrance to the main car park and overhangs both the access road and car parking area. Fell to ground level. Sycamore 127 - (371 on CTS Survey) number of large cavities on main stem at approximately 7 metres from ground level. Climbing inspection indicates structurally significant decay associated with cavities. Approximately 10 degree lean over the road towards adjacent building. Fell to ground level. Sycamore 169 - (398 on CTS Survey) Marked as T6 on TPO plan (TPO No. 9 1999). Twin stemmed specimen with potentially weak union where main stem bifurcates at approximately 1.5 metres from ground level. Water exudation/slime flux at bifurcation also fruit bodies of the decay pathogen Ustulina deusta/Kretzchmaria deusta present around base and buttresses. Rusty exudations further up crown on primary stem at approximately 6 metres from ground level. Possible bacterial wet wood or indication of internal demage/decay. Close to adjacent building and high pedestrian usage in garden area surrounding tree. This is a recreational area for people suffering with Alzheimer's. Fell to ground level.

    There are two trees in the front garden Permission is requested to fell both trees. Tree 1 = Weeping Birch Tree Tree 2 = Maple Tree Weeping Birch (Tree 1) This has become too large for the site, the roots are lifting the paving around it, making it a trip hazard. Roots have also entered the nearby drains, causing problems. Permission is sought to fell the tree, to make safe access to the property and to make space on the driveway for off street parking.
