Proposal

T1733 - Oak - Fell. Cavaties are present at 3m agl on the western side of the main stem and 4m agl on the eastern side of the main stem. In addition a basal cavity is also present. It is concluded that the basal area is compromised due to the level of dysfunctional wood that is present. With the presence of the additional cavities on the main stem and that the tree is within faalling distance of the property the recommendation is to fell the tree. It is further proposed to undertake replacement planting.

Install protecting webbing to prevent bark damage from rope swing. T8 - Oak - tip back low branches over road to 5.3m. Install protective webbing to prevent bark damage. Sever ivy before next inspection. T10 - Oak - reduce upper canopy as part of the canopy has become exposed due to previous works - see photo. Remove deadwood. Recommend annual inspections due to the presence of the Giant Polypore from previous tree removal. T12 - Oak - tip back canopy growing towards the property by 1.5m. Remove deadwood. Annual inspections recommended. T14 - Oak - recommend to undertake lateral reduction of up to 2m and a crown reduction of up to 3m. Due to the fungal fruiting brackets recommend annual inspections. T16 - Field Maple - tip back up to 1.5m to provide clearance to the adjacent studio roof. T17 - Oak - recommend to inspect fracture point at 9m agl at time of crown cleaning works. T19 - Oak - reduce southern sidee of the canopy by up to 4m. T20 - Beech - climbing inspection required of storm damage at the top of main stem. T21 - Beech - tip back x 1 limb at 14m agl by up to 2m. Inspect the cavity at 15m on the east side - carry out inspection at same time as pruning works. T25 - Beech - tip back to provide 2m clearance to the adjacent building. Tip back up to 5.3m over where new driveway will be constructed. T28 - Oak - canopy has become congested - desirable to crown clean.
