Two conifer trees in the top left corner of the property. They are 1 foot apart from each other. We have just bought the property, the garden and house are in need of quite a bit of work. We will also be putting in planning permission for the house works shortly. There are many beautiful trees on the property which we will cherish. However these two conifers are way too close to the house, i imagine the roots will be all under the property. The two trees have also been dramatically cut back, to the point where they offer no aesthetic value at all. Im guessing this has been done previously as they are just too close to the house. The two trees arent huge and old like the other trees on the property, so i assume they hold no historic value.

Lawson Cypress: • Selectively reduce or remove individual branches as required in order to create adequate (0.5-1m) clearance to the adjacent Ginkgo. Remove one larger branch growing out towards the upper part of the tree that forks out at an angle and towards the Ginkgo back to suitable reduction point / main trunk. (This specification was approved by Sarah Duckworth April 2022 and never carried out). Reference:P22/S1210/TCA - Fawney, High Street, Whitchurch on Thames RG8 7ND
