  Two conifer trees in the top left corner of the property. They are 1 foot apart from each other. We have just bought the property, the garden and house are in need of quite a bit of work. We will also be putting in planning permission for the house works shortly. There are many beautiful trees on the property which we will cherish. However these two conifers are way too close to the house, i imagine the roots will be all under the property. The two trees have also been dramatically cut back, to the point where they offer no aesthetic value at all. Im guessing this has been done previously as they are just too close to the house. The two trees arent huge and old like the other trees on the property, so i assume they hold no historic value.
