Shorten the large lowest limb that extends over the glass roof structure to a point 2 metres clear from the edge of the glass roof (2.5 reduction) Reasons for reduction as per attached tree repoty, but on further advice from tree surgeons scope of works increased to 3.5m reduction. G1 Horse Chestnut- T5- Crown reduce by up to 1.5m to reduce risk of large limb failure. Tip reduce foilage to give a 0.5m clearance to overhead wires. Additionally, reduce decayed limb adjacent to road by up to 1.5m to minimise risk of failure of this limb given extremely high consequence of failure due to high traffic flow beneath. If further inspection of tree reveals greater decay of specimen, fell and replant with suitable replacement. G1 Horse Chestnut- T2- Sever and remove ivy climber to 2m stern height to facilitate future inspection. Crown reduce by up to 2m to reduce risk of large lumb failure.
