Oak x 3 T1 Oak- reduce large low limb south over Yew hedge and pool by 50%. Limb exnteding east over lawn and part of Yew hedge, reduce to 4 metres from main trunk. Canopy above, lightly shorten secondary growth to balance. T2 Oak- reduce two major limbs going east over lawn to 4 metres from main trunk. T3 Oak- decayed low branch extending northeast towards upper terrace, reduce to 4 metres in length by removing lower dropping limbs. large limb over lawn mid crown, reduce in length to 2 metres from lower fork. Lightly reduce upper canopy to balance. Remarks:

Extreme tree density in immediate area is shading this small garden and overhanging into neighbour on west, causing a nusiance. The removal of the Magnolia is proposed with the planting of a cornus at back of garden to north (indicated by small red arror) in the first planting season. Ornamental Plum- lightly canopy lifted (no branches over 40mm max diameter to be removed) with radial ends pruned back by 500mm. Remarks:
