These leaders have included unions and reaction growth indicates that failure of one of these stems is likely. Tree shades and dominates neighbours garden. The tree is located behind Farringdon House and does not add to the amenity of the area. T2 - Yew - fell to ground level. Reasons: large section of the trees canopy recently failed falling into Mill Road. The trees canopy is sparse and the tree looks to be in decline. The owner wishes to fell the tree and replant the hedge on the boundary with Mill Road. It has proved difficult to get new planting establish due to the Yew tree. It is not clear whether this tree is covered by the TPO but application is submitted on the basis that it may be. T2 Conifer Spec: S15 Fell tree to ground level. Reason: R6 Poor health, structural condition of form (delete as appropriate)
