Tree 2 (Wellingtonia) - Reduce laterals overhanging house roof by 2 metres and remove lowest three sub-branches from underside of low south-western lateral overhanging the road at Vicarage Close (photograph shows positions of cuts) and crown clean to remove stubs and hanging-up branches. Tree has long-term and very recent history of spontaneous shedding of large, heavy branches and has recently caused significant damage to the house roof.

The tree also has branches extending over both houses and is actually touching the roof of number 19. Request a 3.5m reduction in height and a 1.5m reduction of the sides, to growth points where possible. Removal of deadwood and any hazard beams.
