Victoria Plum to remove the tree as it is dead. (The dead tree is very close to a well established green gauge plumb tree and we have a well established garden already so not looking to replant at this stage.)

The specie of the tree is a Sycamore. The tree is 9.2m from the grade II listed part of the property, 5.6m from our dinning room (added to the property approx 20 years ago). We have recently experienced tree root damage to drains 1m from the grade II listed part of the property and am worried about damage to the building. The grass around the tree has started to yellow along with areas of dead patches. The root area calculation based on tree guidance is 12 times the tree trunk circumference at 1.5m up the trunk, is 26.4m, which causes concern as the property is well within this calculation, and probably why we are experiencing root damage to drains. Due to every aspect mentioned above we would like to fell the tree. We would like to replant 3 native specie trees in the garden away from the property.
