Namely : amendment to the wording of condition 13 (part h) to the following: '...h) With the exception of the highway drainage system to be adopted as part of the M42 highway, the scheme shall ensure that the site surface water drainage system does not discharge water into the Motorway Drainage System, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority in conjunction with National Highways.
