Proposal
Robinia - Fell & Remove - to ground level, or as close as possible and remove all arisings. Grind stump. The tree is showing visible signs of decline, with decay evident around the roots. Due to concerns over its long-term health and structural stability, particularly given its proximity to the property and surrounding hard landscaping, the customer would like to remove it before it becomes a safety risk. The customer believes the tree has outgrown its location and is no longer suitable for the space.
