Planning application
9, CRITCHLEY DRIVE, DUNCHURCH, RUGBY, CV22 6PJ
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
Three Scots Pines - fell trees due to some trees having large dead limbs, which lean towards neighbouring property (1 Vicarage Lane) and applicant's summerhouse. The trees cause excessive shading to applicants garden and neighbours' garden (No 8). Applicant and 1 Vicarage Lane both experience drain blockages due to falling needles. Applicant's sketch showing location of trees attached
