G4 Lombardy Poplars, reprune to 0.5m under old pruning points, approx 10m. Trees average height 30m. Pruning to maintain trees at a height appropriate for their position. T5 Maple; prune back crown spread on North, East and West sides by 1-3m to give a minimum clearance to building of 2m, pruning back to growth points, current crown spread 6.6m to North from stem.
