Wellingtonia T1,tip prune and 20% crown thin, as appropriate to reduce the chance of breakout, remove dead, hanging and damaged branches. Tree has been exposed to increased forces of wind due to recent removal of neighbouring Conifer, this combined with strong winds has caused breakage of branches which have in turn broken deadwood throughout the crown. Although no property damage has occurred so far the crown of T1 extends over the roof of No.261 to the N.E.
