What this refusal means

Rugby refused this application for the reasons on the decision notice; only the applicant can appeal, and refused schemes often return in revised form. More in our guide to what happens after a planning decision.

About outline applications

An outline application tests the principle of developing a site, holding back details such as appearance and landscaping as reserved matters for later approval. More in our guide to planning application types.

2 X trees near to party wall with Ash Court. Residents have complained that the wall looks like it will collapse. So far, we have all only managed to ascertan that nobody seems to own the wall so any repair / support will have to be a shared cost but if the trees are causing damage then they need to be looked at. I have had a tree surgeon round and they have suggested that the trees should be removed and to contact the council.
