    2 X trees near to party wall with Ash Court. Residents have complained that the wall looks like it will collapse. So far, we have all only managed to ascertan that nobody seems to own the wall so any repair / support will have to be a shared cost but if the trees are causing damage then they need to be looked at. I have had a tree surgeon round and they have suggested that the trees should be removed and to contact the council.
