Cut down and remove the copper beech tree in the small front garden of 96 Main Street. It is a large tree, which is still growing and is not appropriate to where it is. It is not possible to trim it to confine its spread to the garden of number 96 and also retain its shape. It has been professionally pruned in the past in an attempt to restrict the spread of the tree but because of its nature this has encouraged even denser growth around the areas trimmed. It is planned to replace the copper beech tree with more appropriately sized plants such as a small tree/bush and other plants that encourage wildlife and are also proportionate to small space in which they will be within.

The tree is in the front garden of my neighbour at 96 main street , wolston , cv8 3 hp the tree branches are well over my demise at 94 the tree branches are damaging my property and my car the tree is blocking daylight to 94 and 92 main street The landowners at 96 do NOT sweep the leaf fall or trim the tree to a safe level. The leaves create a trip hazard and block my drains and guttering. I wish to trim the branches that are crossing my demise across into 94 main street . I would like 96 to top the tree themselves to allow daylight.
