    T1- Ash tree- Remove and replace with Liquidambar tree. This tree has been a problem for many years. It grows adjacent to a street light on a busy road thus consuming and blocking the light for pedestrians & road users. it drops debris onto the footpath & road. The tree was last trimmed back in November 2023 and has now grown back over the footpath & road. There are branches breaking out and some panic growth visible. Suspicion that Ash dieback is present. The tree is covered in Ivy so the condition of the stem cannot be seen at this stage. The reason for the replanting of a Liquidambar tree is that it would have a nicer look on the road. T2- Small Nespola tree- Remove this tree. It doesn't add any benefit to the property or area and has been left to grow wild.
