Proposal
Proposed reconfiguration of existing flats; Proposed alterations of existing areas of flat lead roofs to projecting two storey bathroom wings to pitched slate roofs to match existing. Part ground floor side extensions to Flat 5 & Flat 11 and part first floor side extension to Flat 7. Refurbishment and extensions including replacement windows and doors. Demolition of chimneys, demolition of existing external store and removal of door canopy to Flat 5 and entrance porch to Flat 9 and replacement to all flats with new glazed entrance canopies. Provide new window openings to flank rear elevation as well as balconies with metal railings to new areas of flat roof to rear and new handrails to staircase accesses to Flats 7 & Flat 9 . Convert existing store to Flat 11 to garden room/office. New cycle and bin storage to Flats 5 & 11. Replacement timber close boarded fence to Sandy Road Frontage; installation of new fence to side elevation.
