Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
The works we are planning are: Crown reduction to the self-seeded tree in the gate of UKPN substation, on the path belonging to the council - 2.5m reduction in width and height, leaving a canopy spread of 2.5m and height Works we are to undertake are an extension to the boundary building (a garage) and a set up of a temporary scaffolding. The tree is not under a TPO yet within a conversation area. The tree is believed to be a young Maple. You will find photos from different years on the attached file. The location of the tree is marked on the location map as 'TREE' in green letters.
