Please refer to the documents attached for full details - 19 Vine Road - Tree ID and Reasons for removal T1–T2: Quercus ilex — Holm oak / evergreen oak. Fell to ground level. Trees are of poor form due to overcrowding and competition within the existing garden. Their retention would restrict the proposed landscape design, and they offer limited long-term value in their current condition/form. Removal will allow for an improved garden layout and the replacement planting of more suitable native species. T3–T5: Malus spp. — Apple Fell to ground level. The trees are in poor condition and are to be removed as part of the wider garden improvement scheme. They will be replaced within the new planting proposal, ensuring the garden retains tree cover and biodiversity value. T6: Pyrus spp. — Pear Fell to ground level. The tree is to be removed as part of the wider garden redesign. It is of limited retention value in the context of the proposed scheme and will be replaced with new native tree planting. T7–T8 Ilex aquifolium — Holly Fell to ground level. Trees are of poor form, low amenity value and are contributing to disturbance of the adjacent wall/foundation area. Removal is requested to prevent further structural conflict and to enable the garden redesign. Replacement native tree planting will provide improved long-term landscape value.
