Planning application

35 Clarence Road Teddington TW11 0BN

Granted Richmond upon Thames 23/T0256/TCA Works to Tree/s in Conservation Area

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

Removal of two olive trees (each approx 15 ft in height) in rear garden for the following reasons: - Excess shading to garden and neighbouring garden - Failure to thrive of shrubs and plants in same border as trees, due to shading and tree roots - Lawn unable to thrive due to shading from trees. Three trees will remain in the garden and the two removed trees to be replaced with appropriately sized shrubs in same position.
