Proposal
TPO tree - cedar deodar. Crown lifting to raise the canopy by removing secondary growth to provide ground clearance of 5.2 meters above the highway (height as previously approved in application 15/00284/TPO) and a height of 4.5 meters over the property sides. Crown Reduction, Removal of up to 1.5m branch end length where appropriate. The photos of the tree (submitted) show certain branches as being significantly longer than the majority. We request that these can be cut back by an additional appropriate length to improve the overall symmetry of the tree. In the top 4 meters of the tree branch length reduction will be confined to 0.5m. Cut back to provide a minimum clearance of 1.5m from the neighbouring property - 6 Evesham Road North. Pruning cuts to secondary growth points with the balance and shape of the tree maintained or improved. No height reduction requested. Crown Thinning, To a maximum of 15% in density ??? evenly distributed throughout the crown system. To include removal of dead wood, crossing and/or rubbing branches (as previously approved in application 16/00173/TPO). All matters and associated reports concerning damage by the tree to this property were submitted in application number 21/02809-TPO.
