Between 9 July 2024 to 3 September 2024, Portsmouth City Council consulted on the Pre-Submission (Regulation 19) Portsmouth Local Plan (PLP). These are the representations that were received by the Council on the draft Strategic Site Policy PLP3: Tipner West and Horsea Island East. They were written using a standard template by the Hampshire & Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust (HIWWT) and the Royal Society for the Protection for Birds (RSPB) as part of their "Dont Cross the Line" campaign for Tipner West. Each representor has been assigned a unique representor ID number.
