Yew Tree - Fell to ground level Justification: The tree is young and of low amenity value, its location under two neighbouring trees mean that it will never be able to develop into a significant specimen. The TEMPO score of 11 indicates the tree does not merit a TPO. Removing the tree will allow the driveway to become functional without causing further risk to the horse chestnut tree (protected with a TPO) located on the neighbours property or the sycamore located at the front of the property.
