Proposal

Variation of condition 10 on approved application 25/01389/VARYCO (original reference 23/02787/FUL) - Technical approval was obtained for proposed S278 works to Dark Lane/B1337 and was granted by NCC Highways Dept in 05.05.22. As no legal agreements have been provided to date we proposed that Condition 10 is changed to allow for construction/occupation of dwellings until agreement has been reached in relation to new trigger points if at all required.
