Betula Pendula: Thirty percent reduction of crown volume. Salix Alba: Tree has clearly had several pruning works in the past and resembles a pollard in its growth form, although on some limbs the knuckles are not very distinct. Proposed works are to in effect re-pollard the recent years' regrowth to previous pruning points, thereby substantially reducing crown volume but avoiding large wounds of greater than 10cm diameter.

Removing tensioning bars previously installed to strengthen hangars. Localised repairs to the steel troughing and cross bracing, with replacement of elements on a like-for-like basis where required. All existing paint to steelwork will be removed, and all steel elements are to be repainted to match the existing colour and finish.
