Application for a Non-Material Amendment relating to DC/25/04033 (subsequenlty approved under Appeal A ref 6004166)- Request for approval to move the gates further away from the carriageway (Hall Road, previously Potland Lane), to include a post and parcel box located in front of a new brick wall constructed using Camtech Anglian Red handmade bricks as previously approved and used for the wall dividing the original yard at the Hall and elsewhere in many other parts of the development. The provision of a small pedestrian gate using materials to match the main gates between the existing wall at the south end of the gates and the proposed location of the southern gate post.
