  T1 Sweet Chestnut. Location in rear garden 8.5m from house. Retain Crown Height - first Branch at 5m to south. Current crown spread to be reduced from 16M to 8M by reducing lower limbs to retain a minimum of 4m in each direction. Higher major limbs to a minimum of 3m to maintain shape and overlap to neighbouring Oak and Silver Birch (not residing in this property) Single lower crown branch to North to be removed to avoid contact with property and risk to squirrel infestation to loft.
