Non material change to planning approval LA05/2025/0347/RM (i) The ridge heights of the single storey rear return and the attached garage are now lower than the Reserved Matters approved drawings - difference clearly visible on the drgs. (ii)Proposed floor plans/building footprints unchanged (iii)Four windows on the front elevation of the main dwelling (two either side of the porch) changed to a single larger window either side of the porch (iv)All entrances/door openings to dwelling and garage now shown to have level access whereas the RM drawings showed a 300mm underbuild (two 150mm steps to FFL. (v)FFL to ridge height now shown as 7300mm although overall height of dwelling ridge is still 7300mm above ground level which is unchanged from the RM permission. (vi)Deletion of two windows from the side elevation of garage and additional window in side elevation of master bedroom
