Additional tree noted as number 2 on the sketch plan to be removed - Has grown materially in prior years and is now pushing over boundary wall with neighbours and there is some evidence of cracks in their garage walls. Work is to remove the tree and grind the roots as required to avoid further damage. This was previously approved (Reference: PP-12446782) however I couldn't actually afford to get the work done due to the complexity of the removal so reapplying and seeking support to fund removal.
