T1 (A) Fir - Remove branches which are hanging over our main roof and risk animal infestation in the roof space. A squirrel was on the roof recently. We would like to provide sufficient clearance between the tree branches and the property. T2 (B) Ash - Remove the entire tree as it is diseased Ash die back T3 (C) Large Fir - The tree is an extremely large tree with overhanging branches on 2 sides of our garden. The aspect is North facing and the East facing. Parts of the crown on these sides will need a lateral reduction in width by approximately 3 metres. The tree causing a blockage of light into the back rooms of our house.

T1 large birch - Requesting approval for the tree to be removed to ground level. It is leaning towards the property at 23 Westgate and is causing a number of problems and concerns. The tree is of poor quality and decayed. It has had debris and branches fall onto the front of the property at 23 Westgate and car. There is a concern and risk that the tree is likely to cause damage to my property and drive. It has outgrown its position, leaning towards 23 Westgate and too large for its position. It needs to be removed/reduced to ground level.
