Planning application

23 Westgate Guiseley Leeds LS20 8HN

Granted Leeds 25/05772/TR Tree Works

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 large birch - Requesting approval for the tree to be removed to ground level. It is leaning towards the property at 23 Westgate and is causing a number of problems and concerns. The tree is of poor quality and decayed. It has had debris and branches fall onto the front of the property at 23 Westgate and car. There is a concern and risk that the tree is likely to cause damage to my property and drive. It has outgrown its position, leaning towards 23 Westgate and too large for its position. It needs to be removed/reduced to ground level.
