Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T63 Semi mature Fir: Remove due to significant lean towards property caused by Storm conditions and unbalanced crown. Outlined in the REV. ARBORICULTURAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT report within 18/02580/FU Four new dwellings and conversion of Spencer House to form five dwellings. Since recent bad weather, combined with the existing condition of the unbalanced crown, there is now a significant lean towards my property which, if it fell, would strike the roof and building causing damage. I am applying to remove the tree.

There is only one large tree in my garden. I will get a tree surgeon to do the works rather than doing it myself. It is not a main branch, just a thin one that has sagged/growing downwards and will soon be at head height. I can provide photos of the tree and the branch in question.
