Replace with 1 x standard Silver Birch Copper Beech (T83): Prune south canopy to give 1m clearance of building. Sycamore (T308): Reduce crown to give 2m clearance from building. Rowan (G356): Fell to ground level due to poor condition. Replace with 1 x standard Rowan. Birch (G357): Fell to ground level due to poor condition. Replace with 1 x standard Silver Birch. Beech (T617): Reduce limb over the building by removing lowest of the branches where the limb forks. Oak (T623): Reduce limb over the footpath by approximately 5m, to reduce the likelihood of snap-out. Oak (T624): Reduce canopy by approximately 3-4m, to limit future branch failures. Sycamore (T628): Fell to ground level due to poor condition. Replace with 1 x standard Oak.
