T5 Sycamore: Dieback to co-dominant stem to the west - remove stem. T614: Potential weakness where stems fuse. Poor union and decay cavity below. Exposed wood beneath the main union. Remove stem to the South, nearest the track, with poorly attached union. G405 Oak: Central tree with hazard beam to limb over field. Remove limb with hazard beam.

T149 Mature Beech - Fell to ground level, due to fruiting bodies of Meripilus Giganteus found at north, east and south sides, as well as more prevalent bleeding, likely Phytophthora, evident since 2017. The crown is becoming increasingly sparse, with early yellowing of leaves. The tree is adjacent to the main campus road and a footpath. Replant with one standard Walnut, as near to current tree as possible. LCC Officer note: Also to remove Beech at what3words daily.armed.sweep. Discussed with applicant following site visit
