Works: Trees Small domestic
Read from the description, not a valuation. How we read the register
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T1 Silver Birch - Fell to the ground or surrounding soil level as possible, leaving a stump. The tree will be removed in sections due to the angle the tree is leaning. Replace it with 1 number Japanese maple. The stump will not be removed, so the new tree will be planted to the left or right of the base. Reason for work; The tree has grown at such an angle is will soon cause damage to the boundary wall as well as the commercial unit next to B&M Bargains.

Prune back to suitable growth points, keeping the crown balanced and maintaining the tree's natural shape. Remove any dead, damaged or crossing branches as part of the works.

T1 - Reduction on the east of the tree (facing the street) of around 1m to remove branches tangled in the internet cables (photo attached). Reduction in other branches will be minor in order to facilitate removal of as much ivy as possible, this will have to be a little vague as the ivy is extensive and taking over large areas of the tree.
