Council Note : T4 Red Robin is not considered to be a tree for the purposes of the Section 211 notification and is not included in the Councils consideration. The submitted photographs have been reviewed and show that T5 is dead. Its species cannot be confirmed from the photographs, but the Council accepts that the tree is dead and that its removal does not require a Section 211 notice.
