The submitted application and sketch plan appear to reverse this numbering. The application has therefore been assessed by reference to the physical trees shown on the submitted plan and the protected tree numbers in Tree Preservation Order 36 (1975). The refusal of this application relates only to the proposed works to TPO 36: T1 London plane and TPO 36: T2 London plane. The submitted application also includes works to T3 Lime and T4 Lime.
