The finished crown alignment shall extend no further towards the building than the edge of the gravel area between the tree and Dover House, as shown in Photograph 8 of the submitted Tree Inspection Report dated 3 February 2026, reference TI05012601. All proposed pruning works shall be carried out to suitable growth points, retaining balanced crown forms, and to a satisfactory arboricultural standard in accordance with BS 3998:2010 Tree Work Recommendations. The application separately refers to removal of deadwood exceeding 20mm diameter. Removal of dead branches from a living tree does not require consent and therefore does not form part of the works assessed under this application. Photographs 8 and 9 within the submitted Tree Inspection Report form part of the submitted specification.
