The section 211 Conservation Area notification does not state that the trees are subject to a Tree Preservation Order. As the trees are protected, section 211 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 does not apply. This notification has therefore been withdrawn by the Council. Any proposed works to the trees must be submitted as a Tree Preservation Order application and determined in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012.
