(T1) Elder - this tree is growing against the wall of 16 Highbury Terrace Mews. If left and allowed to grow, this could cause structural problems with the wall. Proposing to remove to ground level to prevent any future problems. (T2) Birch - located in the rear garden of 17 Highbury Terrace. This tree is approximately 3m from the rear of the building and tree is approximately 13m tall. Proposing to reduce crown back to previous pruning points (approximately 2m) in order to prevent encroachment to building and limit root spread due to proximity to rear basement flat.
