Proposal

(T1) Lime - Tree is an old pollard, approximately 18m tall, with approximately 2m of regrowth. The tree is located right at the rear of number 17 Highbury Terrace. The tree is significantly overhanging the flats at the back and blocking a lot of light and posing a risk to property and people from falling limbs. Proposing to reduce entire crown to 4m below existing pollard points (6m) in order to mitigate risk of falling branches and shorten the tree for future maintenance as a pollard.
