Proposal
We have a weeping birch tree in our garden. We have had it confirmed by two different tree surgeons from two different companies that unfortunately it is dead. The tree has been dead for at least 9 months. We had hoped it might show signs of life in the summer but this has not happened. We would like permission to cut down the tree before it falls down and harms someone or falls into the pond it is beside.

We have a large Lime Tree at the rear of the garden close to the boundary with 3 Broadway. A tree surgeon has verbally advised that it would be a good idea to reduce the tree by a third to take some of the weight out of it and prevent any old branches falling onto someone from a considerable height. We would welcome an inspection by the Council so they can see the tree.

Fig Tree half way down the garden on the right hand side. The tree is located just to the right of the middle of the garden. The tree has significantly grown over the last few years and needs to be pruned. The Fig Tree has not been pruned in over 8 years. The branches are now all touching the grass and it is not possible to mow the lawn under the tree. The Fig Tree branches are also making it difficult to access the right hand side of the garden. Our gardener has advised that the tree should be reduced by a third all over. He also said November would be a good time to do this.

Tree T1. We would like to remove of this tree. It has has a history of problems and it was part of a group of tree's that have all failed and been removed over the years. Pollarding was granted last year due to its size and the fact that a large part of the tree had broken off due to a fungal bracket. It was reported to me after pollarding that the tree had a large cavity just below the main union , approximate size unknown but and least a depth of 300mm. This was a year ago and I have noticed today that there is a fungal bracket coming out of this cavity, I am concerned that it will break and damage neighbours sheds.
