Proposal
Listed building consent for removal of the later non-load-bearing en suite enclosure, door, sanitary fittings, associated redundant services and fitted MDF cupboard from the first-floor rear bedroom. Removal of the external plastic soil-stack insert and en suite branch; reuse of the existing cast-iron soil stack at the specified vent height; straightening of the retained rainwater pipe; and making good of the redundant wall entry with matching masonry and lime-based harling. Limited like-for-like repairs to retained historic fabric, including local timber-lath and lime-plaster ceiling repairs, reinstatement of missing matching quadrant, redecoration and replacement carpet.
